Brett spent 16 months learning biomechanics and kinetic chain at the Andrews Pitching Lab and at this point created a website predicting pitcher injuries while simultaneously applying knowledge to high school and college throwers. His website took off and ultimately turned into a top 25 independent media company in the world, raising $11 million in funding.

After selling his company, Brett decided to return to the game he loved at Ave Maria University located in Naples, FL as their Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for three seasons. In his two full recruiting cycles, Brett managed to secure back-to- back top ten recruiting classes as recognized by Perfect Game.

He left the college game to come here to Smash It Sports in Rochester, NY to take our pitching development to new heights. His throwing program is recognized as a professional caliber throwing program designed to maximize proper mechanics and player health.
