Winter Fastpitch Defensive Clinic (past)

TIMES:
Day #1 (Fielding/Throwing) – 9:00 – 11:00am
Day #2 (Pitching/Catching) – 9:00 – 11:00am

COST: $50/Day or $80 for both days

Day 1 will consist of the following defensive components:

• Fielding the ball
• Receiving the ball
• Glove hand to throwing hand transitions
• Footwork
• Overhand throwing

Day 2 will consist of the following defensive specialties:

• Pitching (the fundamentals of pitching from a warmup to proper body movement)
• Catching (the fundamentals of catching from receiving/framing, throwing, and blocking)
