ELITE WINTER THROWING PROGRAM (past)

DATES: 12/7, 12/10, 12/14, 12/17, 12/21, (no class 12/24), 12/28, (no class 12/31),1-4, 1/7, 1/11, 1/14, 1/18 & 1/21 

TIMES: 

Session #1 - 6:00 – 7:00pm 

Session #2 - 7:30 – 8:30pm (Please Note: Session #1 will be filled before we start filling session #2) 

COST: $350/Player includes T-shirt 

For Players Ages: 13-18 

Do You Want to be an Elite Thrower of the Baseball? Our Elite Winter Throwing Program is where that starts! Throwing is where Scouting Starts and Throwers Get Noticed. The Course will be led by ex-MLB and current college instructors teaching you the proper arm care and mechanics to be an elite thrower of the baseball. Throwing separates Great Players form good Players, let us help you be Great! 

Equipment Needed: 

• (1) Jaeger Bands 
• (1) Plyo Ball 150g (5.3oz) 
• (1) Plyo Ball 225g (8 oz) 
• (1) Plyo Ball 450g (1 lb) 

If you do not have the bands and balls, they can be purchased when you register. Balls do not have to be Driveline Balls, but the weights are critical for the program.
