Arm Care & Warm-Up Routine
Players will be guided through a dynamic warm-up and age-appropriate stretching routine to properly prepare their bodies for throwing.
A beginner arm care routine will also be introduced to help keep their arms healthy throughout the season.
Mechanics 101 (Pitching Fundamentals)
Players will learn the foundational positions and movements of pitching in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
This portion focuses on building good habits early to improve control, coordination, and long-term arm health.
Introduction to a Throwing Routine
Players will be introduced to a structured throwing routine designed to safely build arm strength and consistency throughout the season.
This helps players understand how to properly prepare before games and practices.
Mound Work & Controlled Competition
Players will apply what they’ve learned on the mound through bullpen-style throwing and light, controlled competition.
All instruction and throwing will be supervised by Smash It Sports Pitching Director and former professional player Ethan Cetton.
