JV/Varsity Bat Speed Hitting Academy – Phase 2

• January 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29
• February 3, 6, 10, 13, 24, 27 (OFF 17 & 20 – Winter Break)
• March 3, 6, 10, 13

TIME:

6:00 – 7:30pm – JV &Varsity Players Only for this Academy

COST: $560/Player (or 2 payments of $280)

Hitting the ball faster and harder is a must to be a competitive hitter at every level. Phase 2 of our Hitting Academy will continue to focus on developing bat speed. Hitters will learn how to build Core Strength, explosive bat speed, strengthen muscles for bat control, swing more efficiently and respond quicker to
pitches.

We will continue to implement our underload/overload bat speed program and build proper movement patterns to develop elite hitting mechanics to give you the edge in the Batter’s Box. The Academy will include live BP Sessions to help you gain the edge for a successful High School Season!

Utilization of technology will be incorporated throughout the camp.

CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN SIS PLAYER
