Infield and Hitting Academy

This combined academy will focus on Fielding and Hitting Skills.

Infielders will train position specific drills. Footwork, glovework, timing, cut-off and bunt responsibilities, communication and proper positioning and throwing angles at each IF position.

Hitters will learn that Hitting the ball faster and harder is a must to be a competitive hitter at every level. Hitters will learn how to build Core Strength, explosive bat speed, strengthen muscles for bat control, swing more efficiently and respond quicker to pitches.

We will implement our underload/overload bat speed program and build proper movement patterns to develop elite hitting mechanics to give you the edge.

CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN SIS PLAYER
