Our Elite Hitting Academy will focus on increasing bat velocity, power, and exit velocity through science-backed drills, strength training (legs, core), using underload/overload bats, and technology to build faster, more powerful, and more consistent swings. 

• Overload/Underload Swings: Using bats ~10% heavier and ~10% lighter than a player's game bat to train muscles and mechanics for speed.

• Strength Training: Focusing on lower body (jumps, lunges) and core (medicine ball throws) for explosive power, with upper body work for control.

• Technology & Data:  Track metrics like bat speed (mph), exit velo, hand speed, and rotational acceleration to create plans and track progress.

• Vision Training:  Make quicker decisions and be more confident at the plate

CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN SIS PLAYER
